His expertise spans civil and commercial law, intellectual property, fair trade, consumer protection, and government procurement, with a strong focus on IP licensing, dispute negotiation, and cross-border transactions.

He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center (USA), conducted research at the MIT Technology Licensing Office, and earned his LL.B. from National Chengchi University.

Before establishing Cheng & Ku Law Firm Office, he practiced at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law, Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law, and Pharma Law Offices. He also served as Legal Manager at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd., and as Legal Counsel to several listed technology companies.

Benjamin, has advised on major government procurement projects, including the National Health Insurance IC Card, the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system, and Taiwan Power Company’s thermal power plants. With fluency in both Chinese and English contract drafting and negotiation, he provides clients with comprehensive and pragmatic legal solutions in Taiwan and across international markets.

A graduate of the College of Law, National Chengchi University, Attorney Cheng has practiced at Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law, Yauhwa Law Offices, and Chang Tzu-Long Law Offices, and has also pursued further legal studies in Canada.

She is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, Taoyuan Bar Association, Yilan Bar Association, and Nantou Bar Association. In addition, she serves as a Mediator at the Shilin District Court and as a Pro Bono Attorney for the Taipei Warm Sunshine Women’s Association, reflecting her long-standing dedication to both professional excellence and public service.

With over two decades of legal practice, he has advised on numerous high-profile cases, including disputes involving major infrastructure projects, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, hostile takeovers, and government procurement reviews.

Attorney Liu holds an LL.M. from American University, Washington College of Law and an LL.B. from National Chengchi University. Before joining Cheng & Ku Law Firm Office, he practiced at several prominent law firms and served as in-house counsel for leading corporations, gaining extensive experience in both private practice and corporate legal affairs.

He is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, Taoyuan Bar Association, Keelung Bar Association, and Hsinchu Bar Association, and continues to provide clients with strategic and practical legal solutions in complex disputes and transactions.
